Im not sure if their is new ownership, or if the people that ran the place previously have left, but this is not the same Joybowl Ive been a patron of for the past few years, as one of their best customers... the reasoning behind the three is in hopes of the couple that had run the place to return, if not, it will probably stay the same.. The seaweed mixin is seaweed salad, not nori. It is delicious, but I was surprised the first time I ordered it expecting nori which they do have as a topping. The only proteins Ive gotten are cooked spicy crab, shrimp, and eel the eel is so good, but my husband is always satisfied with the raw salmon and tuna. ”
